Welcome!

Welcome to the new Farrin and Enola Mangelson family blog. We are so excited to have this up and running so we can all stay in touch!
So here's how we envision it. The blog will contain pictures of each of the original 9 kids and their families as well as each of the 50 grandkids and their families. We will upload videos, pictures and fun info of all kinds so don't hesitate to send something in! Then, about twice a month we will have a feature on a member of the family. For the original children and the grandkids, we'll get an update on their family as well as a memory or story they have about Grandma and Grandpa or one of the cousins or an experience they had with the family or ....well, just about anything. Then, the second entry of the month will be about one of the great grandkids. This will include how old they are, what they are into and a little bit about that child. We hope this will encourage the great grandkids (who are second cousins to each other) to get to know each other better.
As you can see, this will be something that is fun for the whole family to look at. We encourage you to look at the photo album and the videos and share in your cousins, nieces/nephews, aunts/uncles lives. We won't have to wonder what we're all doing now because despite the miles that separate us, we will still be a close family. We even hope to be able to webcast our future family reunions so that those who can't attend can be with us via the internet.
Lastly, we'd like to have links to any family or personal blogs you might have yourselves, so please send those links to Alecia at newdaybiz@msn.com We would also like to keep an updated email address for everyone so we can send out email blasts about reunions, weddings, births, etc. Please send those addresses to Alecia as well. We would like permission to print first names of people shown in photos although we will not include last names or addresses for privacy reasons.
